More "Emiratiwood"
So my latest post got me thinking some more and after a little more searching I have discovered that Paramont Pictures is also on it’s way, but have yet to make a firm commitment to a location in the UAE. Interestingly enough it is Paramont who recently acquired the rights to the movie script “Dubai”. It is also interesting to note that while Universal are going to Dubai, their picture The Kingdom was partly shot in Abu Dhabi.

Just saw "the kingdom" the other night. has it opened in the UAE?
Reason for lack of response as opposed to just being rude. Cinema in mall just next to housing complex... don't make it in there much at all, so still have no idea whehter The Kingdom is on yet or not, but I am thinking the answer would be "yes".
